raise PDFInfoNotInstalledError(pdf2image.exceptions.PDFInfoNotInstalledError: Unable to get page count. Is poppler installed and in PATH?

download poppler from https://github.com/oschwartz10612/poppler-windows/releases/ and add path to its folder in File class
