Telegram bot that sends new offers under certain filters from otomoto.pl

How to use this bot?

1. Install requirements with pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Set up bot in telegram and create tg_token.txt file with the bot token.
3. In scrap.py replace SEARCH_LINK value with the search URL you want to scrap.
4. Run python tg_bot.py.
