OCR CLI

  • OCRmyPDF - OCRmyPDF adds an OCR text layer to scanned PDF files, allowing them to be searched
  • Pdf2PdfOCR - A tool to OCR a PDF (or supported images) and add a text "layer" (a "pdf sandwich") in the original file making it a searchable PDF. GUI included. Tesseract and cuneiform supported.
